Article 1 – Purpose

These terms of sale govern all sales made on murizelia.fr, published by Abdellah El Moufid, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), 10 rue de Provence, 87220 Feytiat, France — SIRET 994 612 109 00011.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 – Products

Murizelia sells 3D peel and stick wall tiles: self-adhesive tiles that go up with no glue and no grout, sold in packs (6, 10, 12, 20, 24, or 30 tiles depending on the model). Our collections: Metra (subway tile look), Mosaïca and Mosaëla (mosaic look), Cannelia (fluted/slat look), and Marbréa (marble look).

The essential characteristics of each product (tile dimensions, number of tiles per pack, coverage area, finish, color) are listed on the product page. Photos are as accurate as possible; however, shades may vary slightly depending on your screen and the production batch, and photos are not a contractual commitment to the exact appearance of the product.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros or in the currency displayed for your country (US dollars for the United States), all taxes included. Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase: no shipping fee is added at checkout.

Murizelia reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

The ordering process includes the following steps: selecting products, reviewing your cart, entering shipping details, choosing a shipping method, and payment.

The sale is deemed concluded on the date payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizing your order is sent to you.

Murizelia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal, involves an ongoing payment dispute, or is suspected of fraud.

Article 4a – Formation of the Contract (Double-Click Rule)

In accordance with Article 1127-2 of the French Civil Code, orders are concluded using the "double-click" process.

You select the products you want and add them to your cart. Before any payment, an order summary is displayed showing the selected products and quantities, the total price to pay, and the delivery terms. At this stage, you can review your order, identify and correct any errors, change the contents of your cart, or update your details before continuing.

The order is only final once you confirm it with a final confirmation click. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order, its price, and these terms of sale.

Article 5 – Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted on murizelia.fr:

No other payment method is accepted. Transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed by our payment providers. Murizelia never has access to full card details.

Article 6 – Availability

Our offers are valid while supplies last. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 14 days.

Article 7 – Delivery

We deliver to mainland France (French overseas territories excluded) and the United States.

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed, then transit takes 4 to 8 business days, for a total delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Article 8 – 30-Day Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any unopened, uninstalled packs for a refund.

If you live in the European Union, you also have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Full conditions are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Article 9 – Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years and by the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). A tile that arrives damaged or is defective is replaced or refunded based on photos.

These warranties do not cover damage resulting from installation that does not follow our guidance (unsuitable surface, outdoor installation, installation directly behind a cooktop or near an open flame, prolonged exposure to running water), cleaning with abrasive products, removal of the tiles, or normal wear and tear.

Article 10 – Installation Guidance and Liability

Our peel and stick wall tiles are designed for indoor use: kitchens, backsplashes, bathrooms, entryways, and laundry rooms. For best results:

• apply the tiles to a smooth, clean, dry, and degreased surface (existing tile, fully cured washable paint, glass, metal, laminate);
• avoid porous, crumbly, or damp surfaces (bare plaster, textured stucco, unsealed concrete);
• do not install the tiles directly behind a cooktop or near an open flame;
• the tiles handle splashes and the humidity of a kitchen or bathroom, but are not designed for direct, prolonged running water, unless the product page states otherwise.

The tiles can be removed. However, removal may leave adhesive residue or damage a delicate surface, so test on an inconspicuous area before installing. Murizelia cannot be held liable for damage to the wall surface if the tiles are installed contrary to this guidance or without a prior test.

Article 12 – Disputes and Mediation

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
